We operate as a legal promoter and event crew community. This website and our WhatsApp community group are provided for information and community networking purposes only.
2. No Affiliation with Illegal Activity
We do not affiliate with, endorse, support, or participate in any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, scams, money laundering, gambling, unlicensed financial schemes, or any unlawful conduct. Our community is strictly limited to legitimate promoter, event crew, and brand ambassador job opportunities.
3. Anti-Scam Statement
AK Crew | Promoter has a strict zero-tolerance policy against scams and fraudulent behaviour. We do not post fake jobs, pyramid schemes, investment scams, or misleading advertisements. We strongly advise all members to verify any job opportunity independently, meet employers in safe public locations where possible, and never make upfront payments to secure a job. If you suspect a scam, report it to us immediately and to the relevant authorities.
4. Job Postings
Job opportunities shared in our WhatsApp community are posted by our admins or trusted partners. While we make reasonable efforts to share only genuine opportunities, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or legitimacy of every listing. Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before applying or accepting any role.
5. Personal Information & Safety
We will never ask you for sensitive personal information such as passwords, banking PINs, OTP codes, credit card details, or identification documents to perform any illegal activities. Never share such information with anyone claiming to represent AK Crew | Promoter. We recommend sharing only the information reasonably required for job applications and only with verified contacts.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AK Crew | Promoter, its operators, admins, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, reputation, data, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, our WhatsApp community, or any job opportunity posted or discussed within the community.

By joining the AK Crew | Promoter community, you agree to:

- Keep notifications on so you don’t miss opportunities.
- Not engage in any illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Not impersonate admins, employers, or other members.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community, with or without notice, for violating these Terms & Conditions, engaging in scam or fraudulent behaviour, disturbing the community, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity and safety of the group.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the community after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this page periodically for updates.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
